Waiter/WaitressWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests- Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal- Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a courteous manner- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling proceduresRequirements:- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred- Must have excellent customer service skills- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)- High school diploma or equivalent education required- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysIf you are passionate about providing exceptional service and have the necessary experience, we would love to have you join our team!
