You will be the financial backbone of the company, owning everything from daily high-volume reconciliation to strategic planning and global treasury. You will be building the plane while flying it.</p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Financial Operations: Own the month-end close for 10+ legal entities across various international jurisdictions.</li><li>Reconciliation&Controls: Reconcile high-volume transaction data across multiple Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and manage rolling reserves.</li><li>Revenue&Billing: Manage nuanced revenue recognition for our MOR model, ensuring merchant billing accuracy across interchange pass-throughs and chargeback fees.</li><li>Strategic Finance: Partner with leadership on pricing models, expansion, and negotiating processor commercial terms.</li><li>Corporate Governance: Coordinate with external advisors on global corporate structures, tax compliance, and statutory filings.</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>Payments Expertise:<b>7+ years in finance</b>, with at least<b>3+ years specifically in payments</b>, fintech, or high-volume transaction environments.</li><li>Technical Depth: A strong grasp of interchange, chargebacks, reserves, and processor economics.</li><li>Scale Experience: Hands‑on experience with multi‑entity structures and massive transaction volumes where "every dollar needs to tie out".</li><li>Systems Familiarity: Experience with ledger platforms (like Modern Treasury) or payment platforms (like Stripe) is a significant plus.</li><li>Builder Mentality: You thrive in ambiguous, high‑growth environments and prefer building functions to maintaining them.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Us?</h3><ul><li>Impact: Full ownership of the finance function with no layers between you and the founders.</li><li>Stability: Join a profitable, bootstrapped company with a clear growth trajectory.</li><li>Flexibility: Remote-first culture with a distributed team across 5+ countries.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
