You will be the financial backbone of the company, owning everything from daily high-volume reconciliation to strategic planning and global treasury. You will be building the plane while flying it.Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations: Own the month-end close for 10+ legal entities across various international jurisdictions.Reconciliation & Controls: Reconcile high-volume transaction data across multiple Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and manage rolling reserves.Revenue & Billing: Manage nuanced revenue recognition for our MOR model, ensuring merchant billing accuracy across interchange pass-throughs and chargeback fees.Strategic Finance: Partner with leadership on pricing models, expansion, and negotiating processor commercial terms.Corporate Governance: Coordinate with external advisors on global corporate structures, tax compliance, and statutory filings.What You BringPayments Expertise: 7+ years in finance, with at least 3+ years specifically in payments, fintech, or high-volume transaction environments.Technical Depth: A strong grasp of interchange, chargebacks, reserves, and processor economics.Scale Experience: Hands‑on experience with multi‑entity structures and massive transaction volumes where \"every dollar needs to tie out\".Systems Familiarity: Experience with ledger platforms (like Modern Treasury) or payment platforms (like Stripe) is a significant plus.Builder Mentality: You thrive in ambiguous, high‑growth environments and prefer building functions to maintaining them.Why Join Us?Impact: Full ownership of the finance function with no layers between you and the founders.Stability: Join a profitable, bootstrapped company with a clear growth trajectory.Flexibility: Remote-first culture with a distributed team across 5+ countries.#J-18808-Ljbffr
