The ideal candidate will assist clients with travel planning, visa processing, and documentation while delivering excellent customer service.Handle end-to-end visa application processes (tourist, business, student, etc.)Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for different countriesAssist customers with travel bookings (flights, hotels, insurance, etc.)Ensure all applications are accurate and submitted on timeCommunicate with embassies, consulates, and service providersTrack application status and update clients regularlySkillsStrong Social & Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and confident in التعامل مع العملاء (dealing with clients). Able to build trust quickly and maintain positive relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.Content Creation Ability: Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content for social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat). Capable of presenting travel services, visa tips, and promotions in an attractive and professional way through videos, posts, and stories.Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
