Vice President - Credit & Execution

OverviewThe VP Credit & Execution will act as the primary execution lead for Corporate Finance transactions, supporting coverage bankers and managing deals from origination through to closing. The role bridges client coverage and execution, ensuring smooth delivery of transactions while coordinating closely with clients, legal counsel, credit teams, and product partners.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of Corporate Finance transactions including RCFs, term loans, M&A financings, trade finance, derivatives, and structured solutions.Prepare high-quality credit applications, financial analysis, transaction summary sheets, and client presentations.Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis, and sector-specific credit assessments.Liaise directly with clients to gather financial and business information, negotiate key deal terms, and maintain communication throughout execution.Coordinate internal approvals across Credit, Risk, Legal, KYC, DCM, Derivatives, CPD, LCM, Syndications and other product teams.Lead LMA/ISDA documentation negotiation with clients and external counsel.Represent the execution team in internal committees, clearly articulating deal rationale and risk considerations.Ensure all transactions comply with internal governance while maintaining a client-first approach.ProfileStrong track record leading large Corporate Finance transactions within an international bank.Solid foundation in financial modelling, credit analysis, corporate finance theory, and LMA/ISDA documentation.Excellent client communication skills, with experience engaging corporates, FIs, NBFIs and ideally SWFs.Deep understanding of GCC markets, with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs under tight timelines.Ability to manage multiple live transactions with diverse stakeholders.Degree qualified (CFA or MBA preferred).Job OfferOpportunity to join a growing front‑office platform with a mandate to scale the Middle East business.High visibility role working directly with senior bankers, clients, and cross‑functional product teams across the region.Hands‑on end‑to‑end execution exposure across complex Corporate Finance transactions in a dynamic GCC market.Skillscredit#J-18808-Ljbffr
