When a venture proves its potential, we back it with seed funding and hands‑on support to help it scale.We are looking for a Venture Architect to co‑build new companies from scratch acting as the founding CxO of a venture, owning specific workstreams end‑to‑end, and working in close alignment with the venture CEO to turn bold ideas into real businesses.THE ROLEWhat you'll own here.Own specific workstreams end‑to‑end across the full venture building lifecycle — from ideation and validation through to building and scalingDrive daily venture operations: gather customer feedback, test hypotheses, define business cases, build measurement frameworks, and create partnershipsCollaborate with Product, UX/UI, Growth, and Tech teams on go‑to‑market strategy, product features, and roadmapsWork on venture OKRs to track outcomes and ensure meaningful progress at every stagePartner with the venture CEO to create strategic alignment with all stakeholders, including C-levels and General Partners of client organizationsCo‑create business development throughout investor and client engagementsDevelop intellectual property and thought leadership across emerging business, technology, and design topicsTHE PROFILEYou're probably a fit if…You have a bachelor's degree with excellent grades from a top university — a Master's or PhD is a plusYou have 3+ years of early‑stage experience across tech startups, including at least one role as a founder or in a senior position with significant achievementsYou have experience at a venture‑funded startup, top‑tier strategy consulting firm, or venture capital fund — this is mandatoryYou know lean startup and agile methodologies well enough to apply them under pressure, not just discuss themYou've developed business strategy and planning in environments where the playbook didn't exist yetYou're not afraid to get your hands dirty — you have entrepreneurial grit and you act on itYou're fluent in both English and Arabic, written and verbal — this is mandatoryYou're a Saudi national or resident, and willing to travel regularly across the GCC and beyondBonus: background in product management, growth, or designTHE ENVIRONMENTWhat working here actually looks like.You Are the Founder Our venture teams are small and independent.
