Operating under SAMA EMI regulation, we manage complex financial products including card issuance, wallet systems, protected balances, multi-role admin environments, and cross-border flows.Position OverviewThe UX Researcher is responsible forgenerating actionable user insights that inform product decisions. This rolefocuses on qualitative and quantitative research methods to improve userexperience across fin-tech products. The position is based in Riyadh.Primary ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct user interviews andusability testing sessions.Design and analyze surveys andresearch studies.Conduct field research and stakeholderworkshops when required.Synthesize research findings intoclear insights and recommendations.Collaborate with Product and Designteams to integrate research into product development.Maintain research documentation andinsight repositories.RequirementsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI,Psychology, Design, or related field with 3+ years of UX research experience.Strong qualitative research andsynthesis skills.Experience working with product anddesign teams.Based in Riyadh.Preferred QualificationsExperience in fin-tech or bankingindustry.Familiarity with behavioral analyticstools.Development PathPotential progression to Senior UXResearcher or Research Lead, focusing on research strategy and organizationalimpact.#J-18808-Ljbffr
