Utilities Manager (Sugar)

Job PurposeTo manage day-to-day site utilities operations (steam, power generation, water, HVAC, and related services) to ensure uninterrupted production while meeting HSE, quality, efficiency, and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the utilities team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.Oversee daily performance of steam, water, power, HVAC, and fuel systems to support production targets.Manage utilities within approved OPEX and CAPEX budgets; monitor performance and control costs.Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and annual shutdown activities with minimal disruption.Support CAPEX execution and contribute to equipment replacement and technology upgrades.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and company standards.Prepare accurate operational reports aligned with the Engineering Department requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).5–6 years of relevant experience in utilities operations within a manufacturing environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
