Graphic Designer | Visual Designer | Creative Designer | Jobs in DubaiGraphic Designer | Visual Designer | Creative Designer | Jobs in DubaiLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesIndustry: Marketing & Creative DesignReports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)Salary (tax-free): AED 5,000 6,000 per monthAvailability: Immediate must be able to join this weekAbout the RoleOur client, a rapidly expanding marketing and technology-driven firm, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its in-house Marketing Department.This role is ideal for a designer who blends creativity with precision someone who can bring visual ideas to life across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency and high design standards.You will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create bold, clean, and impactful designs that elevate brand identity and engage audiences effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce visually compelling assets for social media, web, and print campaigns.Develop marketing materials including posters, banners, brochures, and corporate presentations.Maintain consistent visual identity across all design outputs, following brand guidelines.Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into creative visual concepts.Apply strong fundamentals in typography, colour theory, and layout to create engaging visuals.Work efficiently in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Adapt concepts quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.Stay current with evolving design trends and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to projects.Candidate RequirementsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.Proven experience in creating high-impact social media and marketing graphics.Skilled in designing for both digital and print media.Hands-on experience using Figma (mandatory).Minimum 24 years of professional design experience.Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).Must be based in Dubai or available to relocate immediately.Soft SkillsExceptional attention to detail and creative precision.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Highly organised, adaptable, and self-motivated under tight timelines.Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.Benefits & CompensationSalary: AED 5,000 6,000 per month.Inclusive, creative, and fast-paced work environment.Career growth and exposure to diverse marketing projects across industries.Similar Job TitlesVisual DesignerMarketing DesignerCreative DesignerBrand DesignerDigital DesignerTo ApplyPlease fill in all the fields and submit your CV and portfolio link to this job post.About Us
