We are seeking a technically solid and operationally disciplined Operation Superintendent to oversee refinery operations support and ensure alignment with safety, reliability, and profitability priorities.This is a strategic, high‑responsibility role within a performance‑driven and safety‑critical environment.Role OverviewThe Operation Superintendent will:Ensure efficient and cost‑effective refinery operationsSupervise daily operational activities in line with client standardsMaintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational proceduresDrive operational performance, reliability, and process optimizationSupport startup, shutdown, and ongoing operational executionLead and develop operation staffInterface with client stakeholders to ensure operational alignmentThis role requires strong operational discipline and hands‑on refinery experience.Mandatory RequirementsTo be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:Minimum 12+ years of total experience, with at least 10 years in refinery operationsMinimum 5 years of direct experience in refinery operations, including sulfur handling systemsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringMinimum 7 years in managerial/supervisory positionsStrong understanding of petroleum operations and refinery process unitsFluent in English (oral and written)Strong leadership and team supervision experienceProfessional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) are considered a plus.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking professionals who demonstrate:Strong operational troubleshooting capabilityAbility to manage operational KPIs and drive resultsExperience supervising refinery operations teamsStrong safety mindset and regulatory compliance awarenessStructured decision‑making and analytical thinkingLeadership presence and stakeholder coordination skillsThis is not an EPC project role.
