Job Description
Job PurposeThe Uniform Administrator is responsible for the effective management, distribution, and quality control of employee uniforms, ensuring accurate stock records, proper fit, and compliance with company appearance standards. This role supports operational efficiency through precise inventory control, professional communication, and close collaboration with internal departments and suppliers.ResponsibilitiesManage and control uniform and goods inventory, ensuring accurate physical stock, system records, and proper documentationPerform goods reception, stock movements, and discrepancy reporting between physical and recorded itemsConduct periodic stock counts and provide accurate stock information in compliance with stock management legislationOrganize and optimize storage spaces, maintaining orderly stockrooms and work areasOversee uniform distribution, ensuring correct sizing, proper fit, and coordination of alterations with tailorsManage spare uniform availability, dry‑cleaning logistics, QA reports, and appearance‑related proceduresMaintain employee uniform records, monitor live streams for appearance issues, and update Personal Appearance FilesRequirementsEnglish (written and spoken)PC literateExceptional presentation skillsCommunication and self‑control skillsAttention skillsExperience working in retail, warehousing is a plusNice to HaveExperience in uniform administration, inventory, or warehousingFamiliarity with stock management or ERP systemsExposure to tailoring, garment fitting, or appearance standardsExperience in hospitality, retail, or operational environmentsWhat we offerAccommodation will be provided by the company;Meal program (One Meal per shift);Transportation allowance.LocationJoin us in Ras Al Khaimah, a great place to grow your career while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming lifestyle!#J-18808-Ljbffr
