We provide a comprehensive range of prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and personalised healthcare services designed to enhance patient care.Role OverviewWe are looking for a meticulous and proactive Chartered Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai and help maintain our financial records for our UK (primary), NL, US and Dubai offices with accuracy and integrity. As an accountant at Medetone, you will play a key role in managing the company's financial transactions, preparing monthly financial management reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and is eager to contribute to the financial health of a growing healthcare organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.Prepare and analyse monthly financial management reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.Prepare budgets and forecasting to support financial planning.Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.Support month-end and year-end closing procedures and quarterly VAT returns.Monitor and record employee expenses and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist in the payroll process by preparing payroll data and ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements.Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation as required.What We OfferCompetitive SalaryPension SchemeEmployee Discounts on Healthcare ProductsProfessional Development OpportunitiesA Friendly and Inclusive Team CultureThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional looking to contribute to a growing healthcare company.
