Employees also enjoy exclusive discounts across Capital Motion restaurants.Job DescriptionRole SummaryWe are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to design intuitive, scalable, and visually polished mobile and web application interfaces. The role requires a balance of user experience thinking and high-quality UI execution, with ownership of design flows from concept to developer handoff.UI & UX DesignDesign user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile (iOS & Android) and web platformsTranslate product requirements into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly interfacesEnsure consistency, usability, and visual quality across all screens and platformsImprove existing designs based on usability feedback and product iterationsFigma & Design SystemsCreate and maintain design systems including components, styles, typography, and layoutsUse Auto Layout, variants, and reusable components efficiently in FigmaMaintain clean, well-structured Figma files and librariesPrepare developer-ready designs with clear specs and interaction detailsWork closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholdersParticipate in design reviews, sprint discussions, and feedback sessionsEnsure smooth handover from design to developmentQualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications4–7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product DesignerStrong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)Proven experience designing mobile applications and responsive web interfacesGood understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered designAbility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesPreferred / Added AdvantageExperience with fintech, SaaS, or consumer-facing appsFamiliarity with design systems and scalable UI frameworksUnderstanding of mobile platform guidelines (iOS & Android)Basic knowledge of frontend constraints and workflowsExperience working in fast-paced or startup environmentsSoft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and consistencyAbility to work independently and take ownershipOpen to feedback and iterative improvementsExposure to Adobe Products ( Photoshop/Illustrator/ InDesign)Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, preferably including mobile app projects and end-to-end design examples.Additional InformationThe work location is Yas Bay, Waterfront, Y as Island, Abu Dhabi.Please ensure you are willing and able to work within the Abu Dhabi area before applying.#J-18808-Ljbffr
