UAT Testing Specialist ( 3 Months Contract ) Could be Extended

This is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working with cutting-edge technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand project specifications, including requirements for web portal functionality within the government social services domainDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases covering technical systems, integration, functional testing, and UATPerform data migration testing to ensure accuracy and integrity during the transfer of legacy data into new systemsConduct API connectivity testing to validate effective integration of government APIs, ensuring compliance with standardsCollaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to systems integrationCollaborate with vendor teams for defect tracking and fixing to ensure timely resolution of issuesCollaborate with the government client quality assurance team to align testing processes and standardsEnsure thorough testing of all features, including authentication mechanisms, user workflows, and service functionalities for the webDocument test results and provide detailed reports, identifying root causes and proposing actionable solutions for bugs or deficienciesWork closely with stakeholders during UAT to verify that the application meets business requirements and user expectationsEnsure testing aligns with government IT standards and protocols and addresses potential data security concernsRequirementsProfessional Experience: At least 5 years of technical systems, integration, functional, and UAT testing, preferably in Middle Eastern marketsDomain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in government IT systems, social services applications, and government API integrationsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in API testing tools, data migration validation techniques, and test management softwareTest Case Creation: Expertise in developing detailed and effective test cases for complex systems, including test planning, preparing relevant data sets, liaising with development teams for correct setup and managing the test environmentExecution: Proven ability to execute test cases methodically and efficiently, ensuring high-quality resultsRegional Experience: Strong understanding of Middle Eastern government workflows and cultural nuancesLanguage Skills: Arabic-speaking candidates will be considered a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience working with Middle Eastern government agencies or large-scale public-sector projectsKnowledge of security best practices and compliance standards for government IT systemsCertification in testing tools or methodologies, such as ISTQB#J-18808-Ljbffr
