This end-to-end visibility reduces friction, minimizes delays, and increases resilience in your logistics network.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Truck Announcement Coordinator to oversee and streamline transportation logistics operations in Dubai, ensuring timely and accurate truck bookings, Transport Schedules, and project specific requirements. This involves coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and driving continuous process improvements to maintain high efficiency and KPI compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end truck announcements across manual and automated systems.Coordinate with transporters for booking confirmations and accurate data entry.Post, validate, and maintain bookings on the Truck Announcements Dashboard.Handle booking relocations and amendments with minimal operational impact.Maintain accurate records in the Wire system, focusing on priority accounts.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve booking issues.Track truck movements and ensure timely execution.Support daily operations and ensure data accuracy and service standards.Role RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field (referred).1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, transport coordination, or fleet control.Strong understanding of truck movement, dispatching, and yard/route coordination.Experience with TMS, GPS tracking systems, or fleet management software.Ability to manage real time announcements, scheduling, and truck call outs efficiently.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, and operations.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.Willingness to work shifts extended hours if required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
