<div><h3>Travelling Nanny/Governess (live-in position)</h3><p>Private Family is looking for a live-in fluent English‑speaking Rota Governess to homeschool 7 and 4 year old children.</p><p>Governess will conduct a unified curriculum for the children, with additional support from online teachers for the main subjects and take on nanny duties, supporting the overall care of the children when not engaged in educational activities.</p><p>Job Title: Live-in Private Governess/Tutor for HNW Family</p><p>Location: Worldwide: Europe, Latin America, UAE</p><p>Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications</p><p>Job Type: Full-time, live-in position</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct a unified curriculum for the children, with additional support from online teachers for the main subjects</li><li>Engage the younger child (4 years old) in developmental tasks during the older child's (7 years old) online classes</li><li>Assist the older child with homework and clarify challenging material after the main lessons</li><li>Create and maintain a special learning space, ensuring proper posture and writing techniques, providing physical guidance as necessary</li><li>Take on nanny duties, supporting the overall care of the children when not engaged in educational activities</li><li>Collaborate with the second governess to follow a unified educational program for both children, ensuring consistency and teamwork</li><li>Assist in the preparation and organization of educational materials in advance</li><li>Teamwork and effective communication are essential to ensure the best outcomes for the children's development and education</li><li>Accompany the family on travel, as needed, ensuring continuity of the children's education and providing support during trips and vacations</li><li>Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when dealing with the family's personal matters</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a relevant subject area; advanced degrees or teaching certifications are a plus</li><li>Relevant experience working as nanny and governess/tutor not less than 3 years</li><li>Driving licence</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with both children and parents</li><li>Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the family's values and traditions</li><li>First Aid and CPR certification, or a willingness to obtain these certifications</li><li>Willingness to undergo a thorough background check</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Spanish language proficiency would be an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>To be discussed with shortlisted candidates.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
