Travel Consultant - Holidays

Key ResponsibilitiesFoster long-term relationships by engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner.Curate and deliver leisure travel experiences tailored to clients’ expectations and budgets.Support clients throughout their entire booking journey, from inquiry to trip completion.Handle multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery.Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.RequirementsSkills & Expertise:Bachelor’s degree or higher.Proficiency in Office 365, at least one GDS system, Hotel BedBanks, and DMC interactions.Comfort with CRM software, online booking platforms, and virtual client engagement tools.Traits & Competencies:Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.Passion for travel and a desire to learn about new destinations and cultures.Flexibility to accommodate client schedules and time zone differences.Sales and service orientation with a commitment to learning, innovation, and adapting to new technologies.Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in handling unexpected challenges.Cultural sensitivity and a respect for diverse backgrounds and preferences.Resilience and professionalism under pressure.A team player with a collaborative mindset.Preferred Experience:2-5 years in sales and operations at a travel agency or tour operator, specializing in customized international holidays (with knowledge of air travel and visa facilitation).Fluency in written and spoken English.BenefitsLearning & Development Opportunities:Benefit from in-house destination and airline product briefings and trainings.Develop soft skills through on-the-job training and coaching.Participate in travel industry events and seminars.Compensation & Benefits:Compensation aligned with experience as an outbound leisure travel consultant.UAE Residence Visa for applicants who require sponsorship.#J-18808-Ljbffr
