Engagements are activated when client needs align with your expertise and availability.Role OverviewAs a Trainer or Coach within the Foreground Network, you will be considered for client engagements that match your subject‑matter expertise and facilitation style.Assignments are outcome-driven and typically involve senior stakeholder interaction. You will be expected to operate as a credible facilitator and trusted development partner, delivering engaging, practical, and measurable learning interventions aligned with business objectives.Engagement ModelIndependent engagement through the Foreground Learning & Transformation Network.
