As part of our continued expansion, we are building a curated Learning & Transformation Network of senior, independent Trainers, Facilitators, and Executive Coaches who deliver high-impact leadership, capability, and future-skills development programmes.Our clients require practical, commercially relevant, and outcome-driven learning interventions, from executive leadership programmes to AI enablement workshops and organizational capability building.By joining the Foreground Learning & Transformation Network, professionals gain access to project-based training and coaching engagements aligned to their expertise, while retaining full independence and flexibility. Engagements are activated when client needs align with your expertise and availability.Role OverviewAs a Trainer or Coach within the Foreground Network, you will be considered for client engagements that match your subject‑matter expertise and facilitation style.Assignments are outcome-driven and typically involve senior stakeholder interaction. You will be expected to operate as a credible facilitator and trusted development partner, delivering engaging, practical, and measurable learning interventions aligned with business objectives.Engagement ModelIndependent engagement through the Foreground Learning & Transformation Network.
