In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to design strategies, drive large-scale transformation programs, and deliver measurable results across sectors. Depending on seniority, you will lead workstreams, manage client relationships, oversee teams, and shape strategic initiatives that influence organizational and sectoral outcomes.Strategic Advisory & Problem SolvingLead the development of strategic insights and recommendations through rigorous analysis, market research, and stakeholder engagement.Structure complex business problems into clear frameworks and actionable solutions.Design strategies and transformation roadmaps that support organizational growth, efficiency, and innovation.Client Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with senior client stakeholders including executives, government leaders, and board members.Facilitate workshops, strategic discussions, and decision-making sessions.Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to clients.Project Leadership & DeliveryLead project workstreams and ensure delivery of high-quality outputs within timelines.Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams and mentor junior consultants.Oversee project governance, risk management, and client communication.Business Development & Thought LeadershipContribute to proposal development and support business development efforts.Identify opportunities to expand engagements and deepen client relationships.Support development of intellectual capital, methodologies, and sector insights.Team DevelopmentMentor and develop junior consultants through coaching and structured feedback.Contribute to the growth of the firm’s consulting capability and culture.QualificationsExperienceManager: ~6–8 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting.Associate Director: ~8–12 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting with strong client leadership experience.Director: 12+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, leading complex consulting engagements and managing senior client relationships.Background—Candidates Typically Come From Leading Consulting Firms Such AsTop Tier global Strategy consulting firms.Leading advisory firms or industry strategy roles.Core SkillsStructured problem solving and analytical thinking.Strategic planning and transformation program design.Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.Team leadership and project management.Strong communication and executive presentation skills.EducationBachelor’s degree from a top-tier university required.MBA or advanced degree from a leading institution is preferred.Why Join ContangoWork on high-impact transformation programs across the region.Partner with senior government and industry leaders.Be part of a fast-growing consulting firm shaping the future of advisory in the Middle East.Opportunity to lead, innovate, and build new capabilities.DisclaimerThis job posting is not open to recruitment agencies.
