The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing large, multistream testing programs, strong clientfacing capabilities, and the ability to implement structured QA governance, processes, and automationdriven efficiencies. The individual will work closely with business, technology, and partner teams to ensure highquality delivery across Payments, Loans, Onboarding, Reconciliation, and related enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Program LeadershipLead QA delivery for an entire portfolio of banking applications, managing multiple projects and crossfunctional teams simultaneously.Drive test planning, estimation, resourcing, budgeting, and schedule management across programs.Establish and enforce QA governance, quality gates, entry/exit criteria, signoff processes, and reporting.Manage distributed teams (onsite/offshore) and ensure end-to-end ownership for functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, NFR, and E2E testing.Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary QA point of contactfor business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.Present QA metrics, progress dashboards, risk reports, and go/nogo recommendations.Facilitate alignment between QA teams, product owners, business analysts, architects, and development teams.Domain ExpertiseLead QA efforts in Payments, Retail/Corporate Loans, Customer Onboarding/KYC, EOD/BOD Reconciliation, and Core Banking workflows.Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security standards applicable in Banking.Quality Assurance & Process ExcellenceImplement and optimize QA frameworks, test management processes, defect governance, traceability, and automation readiness.Perform riskbased testing, impact analysis, and test coverage assessments.Drive continuous improvement, best practices, and shiftleft adoption.Team ManagementMentor and guide QA leads, engineers, and analysts; build capability uplift plans.Manage performance, workload distribution, and team motivation across large teams.Conduct knowledgesharing, coaching, and competency development sessions.Must Have Skills - Domain ExpertiseStrong working knowledge of Banking:Payments (RTGS, SWIFT, NEFT/IMPS), Lending/LMS, Customer Onboarding/KYC, Collections, Reconciliation, Regulatory ReportingExperience with complex upstream/downstream integrations in enterprise environments.Leadership & Delivery15+ years of QA experience with minimum 68 years as Test Manager.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallelwith distributed teams.Strong client management and executive communication skills.Experience in vendor coordination and multistakeholder delivery.Technical Must HaveStrong understanding of Test Management Tools(Azure DevOps, JIRA, ALM, Zephyr, etc.)Experience with API testing, data validation, SQL, and environment management.Expertise in defect management, quality metrics, dashboards, traceability matrices.Ability to define automation strategy and work with automation teams.Experience with Reportingdashboards (Power BI / similar) is a strong plus.Nice to Have SkillsExperience with OpenText, OPCRM, Enterprise PlatformsExposure to BPM tools, Document Management Systems, CRM/ESB integrations.Working knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner).Experience in cloud-hosted applications (Azure/AWS/GCP).Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks.Soft SkillsExcellent communication (written & verbal), presentation, and escalation management.Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-vendor, regulated financial environments.Influencing skills to drive quality standards across large ecosystems.Other Inputs / Additional ExpectationsAbility to manage highpressure releases and critical production cutovers.Experience working with regulated banking environments and audit readiness.Strong documentation and governance reporting skills (strategy, plans, signoffs).Adaptability to shifting priorities, evolving business needs, and urgent timelines.Ready to coordinate across multiple time zones.#J-18808-Ljbffr
