Tender Manager

With a strong reputation in the market and an impressive track record of providing high levels of service to their clients, they now require an experienced Tender Manager for their Dubai office.Position OverviewBased in Dubai and reporting to the Director of Business Development, your primary responsibility will be to prepare comprehensive technical tenders in response to RFPs. Additional responsibilities include:Regularly updating tender contentWriting detailed technical tendersProofreading technical documentationManaging the visual presentation of tenders, including graphics, design, and imageryIdentifying potential risks associated with RFPsManaging the Bid Coordinator to produce tender documentationLiaising with sub-contractors and procurement teams to obtain pricing for sub-contracted servicesQualificationsWestern-educated to Degree Level, preferably in engineering or a technical fieldFormal tender writing qualification is desirableMinimum of 5 years experience in tender managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and proofreading skillsAbout the CompanyMackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of expertise in HR, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Secretarial & Business Support, Management Consulting, and Engineering recruitment.
