To achieve this, we have brought together a team of clinicians, academics, and scientists to create a comprehensive, immediate and personalized quality assurance process.</p><ul><li>Attend calls, audio, video or chats from patients. Provide virtual consultation and managing of clinical conditions.</li><li>Managing of acute and chronic clinical conditions as per Telehealth guidelines of Atibbi. Record all the required clinical information of medical history, establish a diagnosis/differential diagnosis, order for relevant laboratory investigation and prescribe appropriate treatment. Organize referral to either a specialist or emergency as required, if the clinical condition demands it.</li><li>Identify and evaluate patients suitable for chronic disease management (CDM) including but not limited to Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Obesity. Enroll patients in CDM programs. Provide health and lifestyle management to patients.</li><li>Keep updated with evidence based medical practice. Attend regular professional development programs.</li><li>Willing to work in shifts.
