<div><h3>Job Title – Technical Writer</h3><p>Our client is building a modern cross-border payments and financial infrastructure platform (exchange, clearing, messaging, digital currency) for banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, structured documentation for both internal teams and external clients.</p><h3>Profile Summary</h3><ul><li>4–7 years of experience as a technical writer or similar documentation-focused role</li><li>Strong experience writing documentation for software platforms, APIs, and complex technical products</li><li>Able to translate technical concepts (back‑end services, APIs, messaging, integration flows) into clear, concise content</li><li>Comfortable documenting REST APIs, data models, and integration guides for developers and technical stakeholders</li><li>Experience creating and maintaining product documentation, how‑to guides, release notes, and FAQs</li><li>Strong information architecture skills: structuring docs, navigation, versioning, and re‑use</li><li>Hands‑on with common documentation tools (Markdown, static site generators, Confluence, Notion, or similar)</li><li>Ability to collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information and validate accuracy</li><li>Bonus: experience in fintech/payments, cross‑border transfers, ISO 20022/SWIFT, or B2B SaaS products</li></ul><h3>Languages and Location</h3><ul><li>Fluent English is a must (written and spoken)</li><li>Location: remote (with good overlap to EMEA/Middle East time zones preferred)</li></ul><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex systems and wants to help make a next‑generation financial platform understandable and easy to adopt.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
