<p>MENA Alliances is seeking a Technical Team Lead. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and delivering client-focused solutions. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and client relationship management to oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions. You'll lead a dynamic technical team, ensure the delivery of high-quality results, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.<br></p><h3>Key Responsibilities:<br></h3><p><b>Technical Leadership</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Lead a dynamic technical team in developing and implementing solutions that align with the client's requirements and business objectives.<br></p><p>Possess a deep understanding of system architecture, coding practices, and technical frameworks to guide the team in refining and delivering the technical scope.<br></p><p>Ensure technical feasibility, quality, and alignment with best practices throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.<br></p><p><b>Client Communication and Requirement Management</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Act as the primary point of contact for the client, gathering, clarifying, and communicating technical requirements.<br></p><p>Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable tasks for the team, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding across all stakeholders.<br></p><p>Represent the technical team in client meetings, managing expectations, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.<br></p><p><b>Scope Definition and Control</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define a clear, high-level scope of work and identify technical features.<br></p><p>Work closely with the team to break down the scope into actionable deliverables, ensuring clear milestones and timelines.<br></p><p>Monitor for scope creep, evaluate its impact, and communicate necessary adjustments to clients and stakeholders.<br></p><p><b>Team Coordination and Performance</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Oversee the technical team’s progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.<br></p><p>Foster clear, open, and consistent communication within the team, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and deadlines.<br></p><p>Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development and maintaining high team morale.<br></p><p>Resolve technical challenges, address blockers, and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to succeed.<br></p><p><b>Progress Reporting</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Regularly report progress, blockers, milestones, and risks to both the client and internal stakeholders.<br></p><p>Proactively identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.<br></p><p>Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to provide transparent progress updates.<br></p><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Key Skills and Qualifications:<br></h3><p><b>Technical Expertise</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Agile methodologies is a plus.<br></p><p>Solid understanding of software development best practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment.<br></p><p><b>Leadership Skills</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Proven experience leading technical teams, driving collaboration, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.<br></p><p>Ability to mentor and guide team members, supporting their growth and maintaining a positive team environment.<br></p><p>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound technical and project-related decisions.<br></p><p><b>Client Management</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br></p><p>Experience managing client relationships, setting expectations, and delivering customer satisfaction.<br></p><p><b>Communication</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear, effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and team members.<br></p><p>Ability to tailor communication style based on the audience, ensuring understanding across diverse groups.<br></p><p><b>Problem-Solving</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Adept at identifying, diagnosing, and addressing technical challenges and risks throughout the project lifecycle.<br></p><p>Strong analytical skills to evaluate issues and propose innovative solutions.<br></p><p><b>Project Management</b><b>:</b><br></p><p>Deep understanding of scope definition, task prioritization, timeline management, and risk mitigation.<br></p><p>Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and Agile processes for efficient project tracking and execution.<br></p><ul><li>Remote Work : Work from anywhere.<br></li><li>Hourly-Based Role : Enjoy the flexibility to manage your schedule.<br></li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
