This role partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across assigned teamsPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and success criteriaProactively source, screen, and engage technical candidates using a variety of channelsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needsCoordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experienceStrengthen employer branding through candidate engagement and market presenceTrack, report, and share recruitment metrics, insights, and market feedbackRequired Experience & QualificationsProven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g. engineering, AI, Threat Intel, Security Analyst, Vulnerability Research, DevOps)Strong understanding of technical skill sets and recruitment best practicesExperience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood understanding of the technical landscape across the worldStrong negotiation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience hiring in high-growth or scaling technology environmentsFamiliarity with technical interviewing and assessment frameworksExposure to employer branding or talent community initiativesExperience recruiting across multiple geographiesBackground in technology, engineering, or related technical fields#J-18808-Ljbffr
