Job Description

The Technical Support Engineer will provide expert technicalassistance to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to(product/services). The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills,problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex informationto clients clearly. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys technicalproblem-solving in a client-facing capacity.ResponsibilitiesProvideadvanced troubleshooting and support to customers for (product/services).Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote access toolsActas the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring clientsreceive timely and effective solutionsAccuratelylog customer issues and resolutionsAssistwith product setup, installation, and configuration for customersGuideclients on system usage, features, and best practicesWorkclosely with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues and relayproduct feedbackMonitorclient systems for potential issues and perform proactive system maintenance toavoid downtimeKey Requirements3+years of experience in technical supportProficiencyin troubleshooting hardware/software issues, operating systems, networkconfigurations, and device setupsExperiencewith databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) and cloud services (AWS, Azure,Google Cloud)Knowledgeof networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN) and remote troubleshootingtools (TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)Strongcommunication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technicalclientsExperiencewith CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
