Technical Support Engineer – HVAC & Air Filtration

Key Responsibilities:Technical Support & ConsultationProvide technical guidance on HVAC air filtration products (Pre-filters, Bag Filters, HEPA/ULPA, Activated Carbon filters, etc.).Support customers in selecting the correct filters based on ASHRAE, ISO 16890, and EN 1822 standards.Conduct product presentations, technical training, and site support for clients and sales engineers.Customer SupportRespond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, performance data, and installation guidelines.Troubleshoot filtration issues at customer locations including pressure drop, air quality performance, and filter lifespan.Prepare technical reports and recommendations for clients.Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to ensure product performance meets quality and international standards.Assist in developing technical datasheets, product manuals, and operational guidelines.Participate in evaluating raw materials and new filter media technologies.Site Visits & InspectionsPerform on-site inspections for HVAC systems and air handling units (AHUs).Conduct airflow measurements, pressure drop checks, and filter performance assessments.Provide improvement suggestions for system efficiency and indoor air quality.Documentation & ReportingPrepare technical proposals, compliance reports, and filter sizing calculations.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.Assist in after-sales support and warranty evaluations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of experience in HVAC, IAQ, or air filtration.Strong knowledge of air filtration principles, HVAC systems, and related standards.Familiarity with AHU components, CFM calculations, air velocity, and system balancing.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Ability to conduct field inspections and troubleshoot technical issues.Strong technical and analytical problem solving skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.Customer oriented mindset with professional communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), drawings reading, and technical documentation.Knowledge of ISO 16890, EN 779 (legacy), EN 1822 standards is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
