About the RoleLocation: Dubai OnsiteDepartment: Product & R&DReports to: VP R&D / VP ProductWhat Youll DoSprint Planning & ExecutionLead sprint rituals: planning standups reviews retros summariesEnsure every sprint has decomposed estimated and well-defined storiesPrepare and distribute sprint summaries with metrics blockers and feedbackTrack team velocity and delivery quality across squadsBacklog & Grooming OwnershipOwn Jira projects for multiple teams (App Enterprise Innovation)Lead grooming sessions and maintain backlog hygieneEnforce decomposition standards (data domain UI integration layers)Maintain automations dashboards and traceability between stories epics and releasesCross-Team & Project CoordinationCoordinate work across backend frontend mobile QA and designManage dependencies between the mobile app enterprise platform and Innovation tracksTrack progress on key features (e.g. itinerary sharing hotel booking engine notification system)Meeting & Stakeholder ManagementSet prepare and lead team syncs reviews and leadership updatesEnsure all action items are documented assigned and followed upServe as the bridge between product engineering design QA and leadershipRelease & Risk ManagementPlan track and coordinate releases across web and mobileEnsure QA readiness deployment success and rollback plansMaintain risk registers and escalate critical issues earlyMetrics & ReportingTrack and improve sprint KPIs: delivery rate spillover blocker resolutionProvide reporting and insights to leadership on delivery healthMonitor tech debt ratio and ensure balance in sprint planningDocumentation & CoachingMaintain Confluence structure sprint templates and grooming docsCoach teams on agile delivery Jira usage and delivery consistencyFacilitate team improvement and knowledge-sharing ritualsWhat Youll Need3-5 years in a technical/agile project management role ideally in startups or product-led orgsStrong command of Jira Confluence and Agile methodologiesExcellent communication and documentation skillsHigh attention to detail and strong ownership mindsetExperience working with multi-squad environments across mobile web and backendTechnical background or fluency in engineering workflows (bonus if youve been a developer or studied CS)Bonus PointsExperience with mobile development cycles (iOS/Android)Familiarity with travel tech booking flows or B2B SaaSFluent in Jira automation and JQLWorked with distributed teams and complex cross-team dependenciesPrior work experience in an online travel company or similar in the travelling industryHow to ApplySend us your CV and a short note about why this role is a fit for you.
