Technical Project Coordinator

With a focus on delivering unmatched audio‑visual experiences, we serve a diverse clientele ranging from luxury homeowners and audiophiles to architects and AV integrators.We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator who can act as the operational right hand to our leadership team. This role involves working alongside client‑appointed integrators, contractors, designers and industry partners to ensure seamless project coordination and technical oversight across luxury AV installations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project timelines and ensure smooth execution of AV fit‑outs and cinema room builds.Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, client‑appointed contractors, and consultants to manage day‑to‑day site activity.Attend site meetings, document progress, and ensure alignment with design and acoustic specifications.Review and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar) to verify site readiness and installation details.Flag and resolve site‑level issues to keep projects running on time and within scope.Support documentation, BOQs, checklists, and snagging reports to ensure zero‑defect handovers.Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to maintain clarity, alignment, and client satisfaction.Ensure installations align with our premium brand values and quality expectations.Maintain CRM and PMS for accurate documentation and communication across teams.Requirements2–5 years of project coordination experience in interior fit‑out, MEP, AV, or construction environments.Working knowledge of AutoCAD (ability to read, mark up, and coordinate drawings).Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.UAE driving license and own vehicle (required for site visits).Passion for high‑performance AV and design‑led spaces is a plus.Detail‑oriented and able to work independently under pressure.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing team delivering cutting‑edge AV experiences in the region.Work closely with luxury brands such as Bowers & Wilkins, Steinway Lyngdorf and more.Opportunity to learn and grow across technical, operational, and design domains.Dynamic, design‑conscious environment where your role has direct impact.#J-18808-Ljbffr
