Technical Consultant– Compliance Screening & Payments (Firco)The Technical Consultant– Compliance Screening & Payments (Firco) role at Dicetek LLC requires 10 – 15 years of professional work experience in Banking IT, specifically in designing Payment and customer screening solutions using Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and Firco Screen and Keep (FSK).Must have experience documenting solution documents and architecture between source and Firco screening.Must have experience integrating Firco Continuity with multiple payment gateways in multiple countries.Must be well-versed with message formats of payment gateways such as SWIFT, UAEFTS, local gateways in UK, France, India, GCC, etc.Must be able to conduct walkthroughs of design documents with various stakeholders for review and sign-off.Must be proficient in the use of tools such as MS Visio.Must consult with the Enterprise Architecture practice to ensure the service is aligned with Bank architectural patterns.Ensure SDLC procedures defined for Requirements and Solution Design within the domain/service/application/feature are followed.Prior experience in the compliance domain would be an added advantage (Firco screening area).Skills required include good knowledge of the compliance domain and project management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and change management.Good communication skills and stakeholder handling skills.Risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and change management.Change authority board approval and go-live.Knowledge about AWS/Azure cloud is an advantage.Strong ability to influence and lead internal teams to deliver ongoing initiatives.Working experience with JIRA, Confluence, etc.Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work in both waterfall and SCRUM delivery models.#J-18808-Ljbffr
