TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities:Develop and coordinate technical design packages for high-rise projects.Ensure compliance with project specifications codes and industry standards.Lead and manage BIM workflows ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Revit models.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical issues.Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope.Provide technical guidance to junior architects and design staff.Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.Key Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.Must have 8-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Architect preferably within the UAE.Strong track record in high-riseproject design and delivery.Proficiency in Revit and advanced BIM experience.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across disciplines.A proactive team player with leadership potential.Must be currently based in the UAE.Immediate availability to join.Vertical:Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
