Technical Architect

A leading international architectural practice is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join its Dubai studio. The successful candidate will play a central role in translating high-level design concepts into coordinated, buildable technical documentation with precision and creativity.ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit for large-scale commercial, hospitality, or mixed‑use projects.Collaborate closely with design leads and project architects to ensure technical solutions align with aesthetic and functional intent.Lead the coordination of architectural packages with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to achieve fully integrated project delivery.Provide technical guidance during all project stages, from concept through construction documentation and site execution.Review and ensure compliance with international building codes, UAE regulations, and project standards.Manage quality assurance processes across design documentation to maintain accuracy, consistency, and constructability.Support junior team members with mentoring and technical direction.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.Minimum of 8 years’ post‑qualification experience in the design and delivery of large-scale projects.Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit and Rhino at an advanced level, including coordination and BIM model management.Strong knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and detailing suitable for the Middle East market.Ability to lead technically complex packages within multidisciplinary project teams.Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.Experience with international design studios or delivery-oriented practices is an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary between AED 22,000 and 24,000 per month.HealthcareFlightsOpportunity to work on world‑class projects with a collaborative, innovative team.Professional growth in a practice known for technical excellence and creative integrity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
