Experience with middleware and integration platforms (Kafka, SQS, TIBCO). Proficiency in cloud platforms and architecture, including AWS and Azure. Familiarity with UAE regulatory ecosystem including CBUAE, UAEPASS, Emirates Face Recognition (EFR).Swiss implementation is good to have.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Analyst to take full ownership of a Wealth & Brokerage platform. This role replaces an existing resource and requires the analyst to independently drive technical analysis, integration coordination, and delivery execution across the complete trading lifecycle.The Technical Analyst will act as the single technical point of accountability, bridging business, vendors, and internal IT teams from requirements through production support, in a regulated banking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end technical analysis and execution for the Wealth & Brokerage platform.Support the implementation and integration of Wealth and Investment systems, covering asset classes such as equities, bonds, funds, retirement planning products, corporate actions, and Robo Advisory platforms, ensuring seamless integration with brokerage trading systems, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements.Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into technical specifications.Conduct stakeholder workshops and document current and future-state process flows.Coordinate end-to-end system and API integrations including OMS, exchanges, market data, settlement, and digital channels.Support SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production delivery including cutover and go-live readiness.Provide first-line production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.Monitor system health, SLAs, and KPIs using enterprise monitoring tools.Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.Mandatory Skills & Experience8–10 years of experience in banking or fintech technology roles.Strong techno-functional experience in WealthTech & Brokerage Trading.Hands-on SQL / PLSQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, Postman.Experience with middleware and integration platforms (Kafka, SQS, TIBCO).Proficiency in cloud platforms and architecture, including AWS and Azure.Monitoring tools: Dynatrace.Strong production support, incident and change management experience.Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in designing, consuming, and supporting APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations, and security architecture in regulated environments.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.Awareness of fintech technologies such as blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets.Proficiency in architectural design and documentation tools (Visio, Draw.io) and project management platforms (JIRA, Confluence).Regulatory Knowledge (Desirable)Familiarity with UAE regulatory ecosystem including CBUAE, UAEPASS, Emirates Face Recognition (EFR).Skills: integration, brokerage, wealth#J-18808-Ljbffr
