Founded on the principles of safety quality and environmental stewardship Orbit ISS is committed to providing world-class services and technology that help our clients address complex challenges in the oil gas marine and renewable energy sectors.Role OverviewOrbit International Survey Services LLC (Orbit ISS) is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor to conduct a comprehensive technical due diligence of a 10 MW Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) plant at a cement facility.Key ResponsibilitiesReview the overall WHR plant design including process flow, heat recovery system and integration with the cement plant.Conduct a performance assessment to verify energy output, efficiency and operational reliability.Identify key technical risks including operational safety and regulatory aspects.Carry out life cycle assessment to estimate remaining operational life and CAPEX requirements.Provide a comprehensive technical report with recommendations and improvement opportunities.RequirementsBachelors/Masters in Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in waste heat recovery power plants or cement industry projects.Strong knowledge of WHR design, turbine and generator systems and heat exchangers.Proven experience in technical due diligence and performance assessment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
