We are part of the highly successful Aldar family of schools and look forward to shaping the future of Abu Dhabi’s leading educational group.ResponsibilitiesDeliver lessons that inspire students to achieve the best possible outcomes.Plan engaging lessons, organise classroom provision and learning resources, and create displays to encourage a positive learning environment.Motivate pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative teaching and prepare sessions that meet the needs of the whole ability range.Observe and assess children in line with school assessments, and reflect on teaching practice to adjust environment, planning and curriculum.Work cooperatively with colleagues, including curriculum support staff and specialists, to support children’s development.Collaborate with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children.Follow the school’s Behaviour Policy, manage classes effectively, and maintain positive relationships with pupils while exercising appropriate authority.Participate in wider professional responsibilities, including curriculum action groups, school events, and weekly extra‑curricular activities.Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding student achievements and wellbeing, using systems such as CPOMS where appropriate.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or equivalent teacher qualification.Minimum 2 years teaching experience.Job Specific Knowledge & SkillsPrevious experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.A high level of professionalism and consideration of the wellbeing of children.Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities.Respect for all members of the school community, irrespective of position, gender, age, and ethnic background.A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life.A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.BenefitsDetails of benefits will be discussed with a successful candidate during the interview process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
