Line Of Service Overview At PwC, our people in Tax and Legal Services (TLS) focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. Programme Overview Our internship programme will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside our business leaders, helping clients to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities. Our COOP programme offers a full time internship lasting four to six months for students in their final semester of studies. It is available in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar, with two intakes each year starting in January and August. Our Summer Internship programme is designed for students entering their final year of studies and provides an opportunity to gain experience over six to eight weeks between June and August. This programme is offered in Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Manama, Cairo, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, and Amman. How You'll Contribute As an Intern or COOP, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will have the opportunity to work on a live client engagement, alongside our advisors, in one of the following areas:Core Tax ServicesTransfer PricingIndirect TaxInternational Tax Services and Mergers & AcquisitionsAccounting and PayrollGovernment and Public Sector What You'll Bring Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fieldYou will be on track to achieve a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent in your undergraduate degreeStrong academic performance and eagerness to learnEffective communication and teamwork skillsBasic understanding of accounting principles and willingness to develop technical knowledgeFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Eligibility and Timeline Eligibility to work in the country you are applying to as a national, permanent resident or student visa holder. Available to join in January or August 2026.
