<div><p>At Hiry, we connect top-tier DTC and eCommerce brands with high-performing marketing, creative, and operations talent.</p><p>We’re not a typical recruiting agency - we operate more like an internal extension of our clients, combining speed, precision, and personal connection to deliver real results</p><h3>Tasks</h3><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for candidates, managing communication across Slack, LinkedIn, email, and our internal platform.</li><li>Proactively follow up to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Hop on quick calls when needed to explain next steps, clarify expectations, or offer guidance.</li><li>Track all candidate activity and communication in Airtable and ClickUp, ensuring all data stays clean and organized.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, Customer Success Manager, and Interview Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and updates.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates - your role is to be their success manager, not just another recruiter.</li><li>Keep communication warm, human, and professional while representing Hiry’s tone and values.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Excellent written and spoken English; confident in daily communication via Slack, email, and calls.</li><li>Outgoing and approachable personality - enjoys talking to people and helping them succeed.</li><li>Prior experience in hospitality, customer success, or recruiting is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - able to juggle multiple conversations while staying structured.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setup.</li><li>Available during European business hours (CET).</li><li>Proactive and reliable - consistent follow-up is key.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Work with top DTC brands across marketing, creative, and operations roles.</li><li>Friendly, high-performance team culture - no fluff, just clarity and results.</li><li>Learn and grow across multiple areas of recruiting, operations, and client communication.</li><li>Fully remote setup with structured systems and predictable workflow.</li><li>Clear promotion path into Senior Talent Partner or Account Manager roles as we scale.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
