Job Description

Vice President – Talent Digital TransformationOverviewWe are supporting a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi on the search for a Vice President – Talent Digital Transformation.This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the digital strategy, integration, and optimisation of HR (People & Culture) technology platforms, ensuring they are aligned to business objectives and deliver a best-in-class employee experience.You will act as the key bridge between HR and Technology, shaping the future of digital HR through automation, data, and AI-led initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesP&C Technology Leadership & TransformationDefine and lead the strategy, integration, and management of core HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)Drive digital transformation across the HR lifecycle, including automation and self-service capabilitiesIdentify opportunities to enhance employee experience through AI, dashboards, and digital toolsOwn vendor selection, management, and platform optimisationTrack and measure transformation success through KPIs (adoption, efficiency, user satisfaction)Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Technology, Digital, and Data teams to align HR systems with enterprise architectureWork with analytics teams to ensure clean, structured, and actionable dataAct as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teamsChampion adoption of digital tools across HR and wider business functionsKey Requirements10+ years’ experience in technology / systems managementMinimum 5 years within HR technology or digital transformation rolesProven experience with enterprise HR systems (Oracle Fusion, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)Strong track record in HR process digitisation and transformation initiativesExperience working closely with IT / Digital teams in large-scale environmentsSkills & ProfileDeep understanding of HR technology ecosystems and integrationsStrong commercial and data-driven mindsetExcellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilitiesAbility to operate at both strategic and hands-on levelsExperience within large or fast-growing organisations is highly advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
