The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and plays a key role in attracting top-tier talent while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and candidate profilesManage full-cycle recruitment for white- and blue-collar positions, including C-level rolesDraft and publish engaging job advertisements across job portals and social mediaSource candidates via job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreachScreen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selection processesMaintain positive candidate engagement and ensure smooth onboarding coordinationTrack recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend process improvementsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably within construction or heavy equipment sectorsProven experience hiring across white- and blue-collar roles, including senior leadershipStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency in EnglishAbility to work in a dynamic, high-volume recruitment environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
