If you have a deep understanding of the medical device and supplies market and a passion for connecting great talent with a life-changing industry, we want you on our team.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Industry-Specific Full-Cycle Recruiting:</b>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized roles within the medical supplies, consumables, and medical equipment divisions.</li><li><b>Strategic Partnering:</b>Consult closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the technical, clinical, and regulatory requirements of each open requisition.</li><li><b>Targeted Talent Sourcing:</b>Utilize specialized healthcare job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, medical networking events, and industry associations to build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.</li><li><b>Candidate Assessment:</b>Screen and interview candidates not only for cultural fit and soft skills but also for their understanding of the medical supplies market, compliance standards, and product knowledge.</li><li><b>Pipeline Development:</b>Maintain and nurture a robust network of industry professionals (e.g., Key Account Managers, Biomedical Engineers, QA/RA Specialists) to anticipate future hiring needs.</li><li><b>Employer Branding:</b>Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company at medical industry career fairs, university events, and healthcare conferences.</li><li><b>Process Management:</b>Ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining accurate, real-time data and pipeline reporting within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li><b>Required Experience:</b>Exactly<b>3 to 5 years</b>of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a mandatory focus on the medical supplies, medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.</li><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.</li><li><b>Industry Knowledge:</b>Solid understanding of medical industry terminology, specialized job functions, and general regulatory/compliance environments.</li><li><b>Sourcing Expertise:</b>Demonstrated success using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search) to find niche talent in the healthcare sector.</li><li><b>Technical Proficiency:</b>Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.</li><li><b>Communication:</b>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clinical and technical professionals.</li><li><b>Execution:</b>Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple specialized requisitions in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
