Job Description

As our Talent Acquisition Partner in Middle East, you will be joining our truly diverse Regional Talent Acquisition Team and work with colleagues in Middle East and across EMEA & SEA region. You will play a key role in delivering Hempel’s ambitious new strategy: our purpose world-class Talent Acquisition In this role you will act as a talent attraction expert and be responsible for the successful, end-to-end management of the entire recruitment cycle from strategic planning with business leaders to attraction, sourcing, interviewing, offer management and candidate experience. As our new TA Partner you will be accountable for driving both proactive and reactive talent acquisition strategy for your key business portfolios, including: Acting as a trusted consultant to hiring managers and business partners regarding talent acquisition strategies, using your expertise, data analytics and market insights to guide direction and approachBeing a key player in our current TA transformation journey, using your experience and insights to help drive a varied range of project activity in support of our growth towards a world-class talent acquisition model Acting as key custodian for candidate experience and as an ambassador for Hempel externally The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering a good candidate and hiring manager experience and you should have a proven track record of attracting and selecting the right candidates, in consideration of the needs of the business and perform as a great team player on growing together and achieving together. Bachelor's degree or equivalent educationof experience in Talent Acquisition with end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to offer.Prior experience of recruiting for factories/manufacturing in addition to corporate roles is preferred.Good experience of hiring in Saudi and Middle East locations and awareness of local regulations w.r.t to recruitmentsDemonstrated experience in working with recruitment job boards, sourcing, local employer brand promotion and talent pipeline establishment.Prior experience of working with Workday or similar ATS is a plusPrior experience of working in muti-national companies and has strong sense of cross-functional collaboration is preferredFluent spoken and written English language proficiency To know more about the role, you can reach out on Hempel is a world-leading supplier of trusted coating solutions working with customers within the decorative, marine, infrastructure and energy industries.
