The company is known for its structured environment long term growth vision and commitment to developing high‑performing teams.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage a growing recruitment function. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership capability stakeholder management and the ability to drive scalable hiring solutions across complex business verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead mentor and develop a Talent Acquisition team of 34 members including national talentOwn and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisionsDesign and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives and workforce planningBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill rolesPartner closely with senior leadership and department heads across Real Estate Engineering and ConstructionOversee sourcing strategies interviews assessments and offer managementDrive continuous improvement in recruitment processes systems and best practicesStrengthen employer branding initiatives and market presenceProvide data driven insights reports and hiring metrics to support leadership decisionsSupport broader HR and organizational development initiatives as requiredRequirements8 to 12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experienceProven experience in leading and managing recruitment teamsStrong exposure to Real Estate Construction or Engineering industriesDemonstrated strategic planning and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast paced structured MNC environmentFluent in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency requiredWillingness to work 5 days onsiteKey CompetenciesTeam leadership and people developmentStrategic recruitment and workforce planningStakeholder and senior management engagementData driven decision making#J-18808-Ljbffr
