Tagalog Speaking Finance Director - Mining & Food Distribution

Apt Resources is searching for a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to lead the financial operations within a leading company in the Mining and Food Distribution sectors. This key leadership role will focus on optimizing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives across both industries.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals in both mining and food distribution sectorsOversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activitiesAnalyze financial data and generate reports that provide insights into operational performanceManage cash flow, investments, and financial risks to ensure the company's financial healthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support project development and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standards across both industriesLead, mentor, and manage the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA preferred).Proven senior-level finance leadership experience, ideally in the mining sector or related industries.Exposure to or interest in the food distribution/FMCG industry is an advantage.Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and compliance frameworks.Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple industries with agility and strategic focus.Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese or French would be an asset.Extensive experience with SAPSalary and BenefitsSalary: USD 5 to 7k depending on experience Net aftertaxdeductions#J-18808-Ljbffr
