Job Description

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and system specifications.Provide day-to-day system support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.Prepare and maintain system documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and impact assessments.Support change management activities including impact analysis, documentation, and coordination of system changes.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution support, and defect tracking.Ensure system changes comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Assist in audits by providing required system documentation and supporting evidence.Job Role: System AnalystLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience: 5+yearsRoles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional and system specifications.Provide day-to-day system support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.Prepare and maintain system documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and impact assessments.Support change management activities including impact analysis, documentation, and coordination of system changes.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution support, and defect tracking.Ensure system changes comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Assist in audits by providing required system documentation and supporting evidence.SkillsStrong experience in System Analysis or Business Systems Analysis.Knowledge of application support, system integrations, and data flows.Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes such as incident, problem, and change management.Ability to analyze system logs, incidents, and performance issues.Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.RequirementsBachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.Certifications such as ITIL or Business Analysis are an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
