Sustainability Specialist

Role OverviewLead and manage key sustainability consulting projects from strategy to execution.Formulate solutions and strategic advisory approaches for large corporations, CSR initiatives, and global foundations focused on sustainability.Integrate advisory expertise with cloud and digital technologies to craft comprehensive transformation plans toward net-zero goals.Participate in pre-sales efforts and manage bids to support business growth.Conduct in-depth research and analysis on topics such as climate change, energy efficiency, circular economy, carbon neutrality, and net-zero strategies for targeted sectors and clients.Develop strategies to assess and mitigate the socioeconomic impacts of climate change.Benchmark clients against top industry standards and peer organizations to recommend best practices.Create thought leadership content, including white papers and perspectives on sustainability trends and practical applications.Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to develop well-rounded sustainability recommendations.Educational Background, Experience & Key SkillsMaster’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Policy, Natural Resource Management, or related fields.2–9 years of consulting and industry experience with a strong focus on Sustainability, Net Zero, and Materiality Assessment.Mandatory experience working on international consulting projects, including offshore delivery for clients in Europe, North America, or APAC.Proven ability to plan, lead, and deliver end-to-end consulting assignments.Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset.Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and managing global project delivery.Willingness to travel for short- or mid-term projects domestically and internationally (as per current guidelines).Strong program and project management capabilities.Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and articulating strategic viewpoints.Experience in ESG and sustainability consulting within FMCG, Manufacturing, or Energy sectors is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
