Surveying Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct land and site surveys using total station, GPS, and leveling instrumentsPerform setting out for buildings, roads, utilities, and other construction worksVerify line, level, and alignment as per approved drawingsCheck and confirm dimensions, elevations, and coordinates before and during constructionPrepare and maintain survey reports, records, and as-built drawingsCoordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractorsEnsure survey works comply with project specifications and local authority requirementsAssist in resolving site discrepancies and technical issuesEnsure proper care and calibration of surveying instrumentsSupport inspections for authority approvals and completion certificatesSkillsDesired SkillsStrong proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level instrumentsGood working knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying softwareAbility to interpret construction drawings, layouts, and specifications accuratelyExcellent understanding of site setting-out, leveling, and alignment worksFamiliarity with local authority requirements (DM, DDA, RTA, etc.)Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and coordination skillsAbility to work independently and under site pressureGood time management and organizational skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
