Support Manager vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAESupport Manager - Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAEOur company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our support team. This includes providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of support staffProvide training, coaching, and mentorship to team membersMonitor team performance and ensure targets are metRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsCollaborate with other departments to improve processes and proceduresConduct regular meetings with the support team to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleProven track record of managing and leading a team effectivelyExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmlyFamiliarity with customer service software systems (e.g., Zendesk)Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all nationalities.
