Job Description
At Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Entertainment and Events Supervisor serves as a pivotal link between frontline staff, performers and management, reporting directly to the Entertainment & Events Manager. Responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, the Supervisor ensures the smooth execution of entertainment offerings and events throughout the park. They provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to operational procedures, guest service standards, and safety protocols. Additionally, the Supervisor assists in staff training, scheduling, and performance management, fostering a positive and productive work environment. With a focus on effective communication, leadership, and problem‑solving, the Supervisor plays a vital role in contributing to the overall success of entertainment experiences within the park, enhancing guest satisfaction and park performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of entertainment offerings, ensuring seamless executionTrain, schedule, and supervise entertainment performers and staffOversee the setup and strike of shows, events, and entertainment offeringsConduct daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readinessRegularly evaluate entertainment performances to ensure they meet the park's standards for quality, safety, and guest engagement, providing constructive feedback to performersCollaborate with other departments such as Technical Services and Guest Operations to ensure seamless execution of entertainment offerings and eventsRespond promptly to guest or team member concerns, resolve issues effectively and report incidents to management, following park protocolsProvide input and suggestions for enhancing existing entertainment programs or developing new offerings to align with guest feedback and park objectivesRequirementsEducation: A minimum High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: 2-5 years' experience in a supervisory role within a theme park, cruise line or similarSkills:Strong leadership, management and team building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating lasting memoriesMeticulous attention to detail and a focus on qualityAbility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyExceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesUnderstanding and appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivities, with the ability to create an inclusive environment for team members and guestsA valid driver's license is preferredProficiency in English, fluency in Arabic is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
