In this role, you will act as a credible expert and consultant, guiding prospective students and their families through the journey from initial enquiry to successful enrolment.As an integral member of the Student Recruitment team, you will drive growth by managing the student relationship cycle and ensuring we meet our ambitious enrolment targets in a competitive global market.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute direct conversion activities to drive conversion from qualified leads to applications, application to confirmation, and confirmed to enrolment via multiple platforms to reach enrolment goals and KPIsRepresent UOWD in school fairs, exhibitions, presentations and other student recruitment events in the UAEParticipate in developing and implementing domestic and International annual student recruitment plansGuide and support prospective students and their parents through the enrolment process by applying a consultative sales approachConduct accurate evaluation of applicants’ credentialsMaintain strong business relationships with UOWD network of agentsManage and follow up on potential students via phone, email, social media, and in person (including out/inbound calls)To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time by the Student Recruitment ManagerActively demonstrate the UOW Global Enterprises Corporate Values (passion, innovation, integrity, collaboration, courage, excellence)Qualifications, Skills and Experience2 years of professional experienceExcellent written and spoken English communication skillsDemonstrated experience working with CRM platformsCustomer-service orientated and consultative approach to recruiting studentsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Compensation and BenefitsUnlock an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic and diverse student recruitment team, representing professionals from sixteen different nationalities.
