Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer specialising in rail projects to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, analysing, and overseeing structural aspects of rail infrastructure projects.Develop and review structural designs for rail infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and stations • Perform complex structural calculations and analyses using advanced engineering software • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration of structural designs with other engineering disciplines • Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progressEnsure compliance with local and international structural design codes and safety standards • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers • Participate in project planning and risk assessment activities • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to resolve technical issues • Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and rail technologyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural EngineeringProfessional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalentMinimum of 15 years' experience in structural engineering, with a focus on rail projectsProficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) softwareStrong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices specific to rail infrastructureFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologiesIn-depth understanding of rail systems and infrastructure components•Expertise in applying structural design codes and standards relevant to rail projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
